Wash the udad dal and soak for 3&1/2 hours
Then remove the excess water and grind it with little water
Add salt and mix it well till better become fluffy and light
Then heat the oil in pan and make small sized balls and deep fry till crispy and golden
Then add this fried balls in plain water for 10 min.Then squeeze it and arrange all vada in serving plate
Now in curd add sugar and mix well till sugar melt
Then pore sweet curd on vada
Mix all green chutny ingredients in mixture jar add2_3 ice cube and make fine paste
For sweet chutny boil 1 cup water add jeggary and tamarind paste add black salt,chilly powder,cumin coriander powder and boil for 10 min.Then bland it well and cool it
Now sprinkle green chutny,sweet chutny,on vada
Sprinkle roasted cumin powder,coriander,besan sev,spicy bundi ,chat masala and serve it
