Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup udad dal


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • for green chutny ingridants__1 cup coriender_3 ice cubes


  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 3 green chilly


  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar


  • For sweet tamrind chutny ingridants__1/4 cup tamrind paste


  • 1/2 cup jeggary


  • 1//4 teaspoon black salt


  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin_coriender powder


  • 2 cup oil for fry vada


  • For sweet curd ingridants_3 cup curd


  • 3 tablespoon sugar


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • For garnish ingridants_2 tablespoon spicy besan bundi


  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriender


  • 2 tablespoon besan sev


  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder


  • 1 teaspoon chat masala

Directions

  • Wash the udad dal and soak for 3&1/2 hours
  • Then remove the excess water and grind it with little water
  • Add salt and mix it well till better become fluffy and light
  • Then heat the oil in pan and make small sized balls and deep fry till crispy and golden
  • Then add this fried balls in plain water for 10 min.Then squeeze it and arrange all vada in serving plate
  • Now in curd add sugar and mix well till sugar melt
  • Then pore sweet curd on vada
  • Mix all green chutny ingredients in mixture jar add2_3 ice cube and make fine paste
  • For sweet chutny boil 1 cup water add jeggary and tamarind paste add black salt,chilly powder,cumin coriander powder and boil for 10 min.Then bland it well and cool it
  • Now sprinkle green chutny,sweet chutny,on vada
  • Sprinkle roasted cumin powder,coriander,besan sev,spicy bundi ,chat masala and serve it
