First wash mutton and put it in pressure cooker along with ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder
Keep 10 whistles to cook mutton
Now take a mixer add pepper jeera and fennel seed ,ground it into a fine powder
Then heat a nonstick pan add oil
Once oil is heat then add roughly chopped small onion ,cook till it turns golden colour
Then add curry leaves, red chilly and add boiled mutton
Cook well for 10 mins , stir frequently
Then add ground masala powder, salt ,stir it well for 5 mins and serve hot with steamedrice
