Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Mutton 250 gms


  • Small onion 1 cup


  • Red chilly 15


  • Curry leaves 1


  • Pepper 2 tsp


  • Fennel seed 2 tsp


  • Jeera 2 tsp


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp


  • Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

  • First wash mutton and put it in pressure cooker along with ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder
  • Keep 10 whistles to cook mutton
  • Now take a mixer add pepper jeera and fennel seed ,ground it into a fine powder
  • Then heat a nonstick pan add oil
  • Once oil is heat then add roughly chopped small onion ,cook till it turns golden colour
  • Then add curry leaves, red chilly and add boiled mutton
  • Cook well for 10 mins , stir frequently
  • Then add ground masala powder, salt ,stir it well for 5 mins and serve hot with steamedrice
