Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cup sago soaked for 5 hours


  • 2 boiled potato (mashed)


  • 1 tsp green chilly paste


  • 2 tsp curd


  • 2 tsp coarsely ground peanut powder


  • 2 curry leaves


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Mix sago, mashed potato, chilly paste, salt, curd, curry leaves, peanuts and salt. Gently mix and make small wadas of desired shape.
  • Heat oil for frying and deep fry wada till golden brown. Swrve hot with peanut aamti or chilled curd.
