3 cup sago soaked for 5 hours
2 boiled potato (mashed)
1 tsp green chilly paste
2 tsp curd
2 tsp coarsely ground peanut powder
2 curry leaves
1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix sago, mashed potato, chilly paste, salt, curd, curry leaves, peanuts and salt. Gently mix and make small wadas of desired shape.
Heat oil for frying and deep fry wada till golden brown. Swrve hot with peanut aamti or chilled curd.
