Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 8 nos paya ( lamb trotters )


  • 1 nos onion( chopped )


  • 1 nos tomato ( chopped )


  • 3 tsp ginger and garlic ( crushed )


  • 3 nos green chilli


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 3/4 tsp black pepper


  • 3/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt,as required


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp garma masala ( whole spices ) - clove, cinnamon, cardamom


  • 1 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 litre water

Directions

  • Paya ( Trotters ) ke pieces me sare ingredients add krein except cornflour and water.
  • Cooker me paya aur baki ingredients add krein aur 1 cup water add kr k 3-4 whistles lein ( paya galne dein).
  • Gale huwe ( cooked paya ) ko ek vessel me nikaalein aur usme 1 literwater aur cornflour mix krein aur 5- 7 minutes tal medium flame par pakayein. Healthy Paya soup ready hai, garam garam serve krein.
