Urad dal -1cup
Soak urad dal and rice separately for about 4hours.
Then grind them in a mixer and mix both of them and mix the batter with your hand for some time.
Add the salt and Jaggery to the batter.
Put a kadai in gas stove and add oil to it.
Take ladle full of batter and then dip fry in oil in medium flame.
When it turns golden brown from either sides then take it away from oil and serve hot.
You may serve it with dalma.
