  • 1 cup poha

  • 1/2 cup jaggery

  • 1/3 cup ghee

  • 3-4 tbsp chopped nuts

  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom


  • Roast poha until golden brown. Do not blacken or burn. Cool poha completely
  • Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan. Roast nuts until golden brown. Keep it aside
  • Grind Poha with cardamom to fine powder
  • Add jaggery and grind again
  • Transfer mixture to bowl. Add roasted nuts to poha mix and mix well
  • Heat remaining ghee in a pan and add hot ghee to poha mix
  • Using spatula, mix everything well immediately
  • While mixture is still warm, shape into Ladoo. Cool completely and store in airtight container
