Roast poha until golden brown. Do not blacken or burn. Cool poha completely
Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan. Roast nuts until golden brown. Keep it aside
Grind Poha with cardamom to fine powder
Add jaggery and grind again
Transfer mixture to bowl. Add roasted nuts to poha mix and mix well
Heat remaining ghee in a pan and add hot ghee to poha mix
Using spatula, mix everything well immediately
While mixture is still warm, shape into Ladoo. Cool completely and store in airtight container
