Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250g boneless fish


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste


  • 6 tbsp thick curd


  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala


  • 1/4 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • 1 teaspoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well
  • Cut fish into bite sized pieces
  • Coat fish with masala mix well. marinate for 30 minutes
  • Arrange fish on skewers. Discard excess Marination
  • Heat non stick tawa , drizzle little oil
  • Place fish on tawa and drizzle some more oil on top
  • Keep rolling fish until done from all sides. It takes 12-15 minutes
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges
