Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250g boneless fish

  • 2 tbsp corn flour

  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

  • 6 tbsp thick curd

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1/4 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon salt or as per taste

  • 1/2 tbsp oil

Directions

    In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well

  • 02

    Cut fish into bite sized pieces

  • 03

    Coat fish with masala mix well. marinate for 30 minutes

  • 04

    Arrange fish on skewers. Discard excess Marination

  • 05

    Heat non stick tawa , drizzle little oil

  • 06

    Place fish on tawa and drizzle some more oil on top

  • 07

    Keep rolling fish until done from all sides. It takes 12-15 minutes

  • 08

    Serve hot with lemon wedges
