  • Chopped Raw Papaya 1 kilogram

  • Sugar 2cups

  • water 1/2cup

  • Red food color liquid 4 drops

  • Orange food color liquid 4 drops

  • Yellow food color liquid 4 drops

  • Green food color liquid 4 drops


  • Take a vessel add 2 glass of water,then water boil add chopped papaya pcs mix.
  • Then boil for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes water drain and pcs keep a side.
  • Take a wok add half cup of water and sugar mix well then sugar disdolve add papaya pcs cook in syrup then sugar syrup is tjick and dry then papaya pcs coat in sugar syrup.
  • Take a four plate papaya pcs devide in four plates then add colous one by one mix well.
  • Then overnight keep a side in plates.
  • Next day take a milk covered strainer and papaye pcs dry them.
  • Then 3 or 4 days dry tutti frutti .store in airtight container.
