  • Milk 1litre

  • Rice flour 2tbsp

  • Cardamom powder 1/4tsp

  • Saffron soaked in 2 tsp milk

  • Chironji 1tsp

  • Chop pista 2 tsp

  • Sugar 1/2cup

  • Rose essence 1/4tsp

  • Water 1/2cup


  • Take a heavy bottom pan add milk ,then milk boil .
  • Take a half cup of water then add rice flour mix well without lumps.
  • Rice mix in milk then contineusely mix well thick form then gas slow add saffron and sugar mix well.
  • Then cool after cool then mix rose essence and cardamom powder mix .
  • Then phirni pour in bowls garnish chironji and chopped pista.
  • Then set in fridge.
