Take a heavy bottom pan add milk ,then milk boil .
Take a half cup of water then add rice flour mix well without lumps.
Rice mix in milk then contineusely mix well thick form then gas slow add saffron and sugar mix well.
Then cool after cool then mix rose essence and cardamom powder mix .
Then phirni pour in bowls garnish chironji and chopped pista.
Then set in fridge.
