Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • flattened rice /poha 1cup


  • almonds chopped 2tbsp


  • jaggery 1/3cup


  • cardamom powder 1/2tsp


  • clarified butter/ghee 3tbsp

Directions

  • dry roast flattened rice in vessel till crisp and crunchy state
  • heat clarified butter in another vessel add almonds in it and saute switch off the flame keep aside
  • take roasted poha in a grinder
  • add grated jaggery to it and grind to a coarse paste remove in a vessel
  • add almonds along with ghee in it and cardamom powder mix well prepare mixture
  • make small balls of mixture laddoos are ready
