dry roast flattened rice in vessel till crisp and crunchy state
heat clarified butter in another vessel add almonds in it and saute switch off the flame keep aside
take roasted poha in a grinder
add grated jaggery to it and grind to a coarse paste remove in a vessel
add almonds along with ghee in it and cardamom powder mix well prepare mixture
make small balls of mixture laddoos are ready
