boil together radish,brinjal ,pumpkin,bamboo shoot,dry mango ,salt and turmeric with 1 litre of water in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle
fry okra and keep aside
blend together red chilli,soaked rice and garlic and make a fine paste
now add this paste to the boiled vegetables and boil again till it becomes a little thick
switch off gas
take a pan and heat oil
add panch phoran,red chilli,hing and curry leaves and when crackle add the tempering to the ambila
add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
