boil milk
add vinegar
milk will curdle
strain and wash the chhena under running water
transfer it to a bowl and mash
add sugar,semolina and mix well
add cashew and raisins and water 1// cup and mix well
take a pan and caramelise sugar
transfer the dough to the caramelised pan
preheat a cooker for 10 mins
keep a stand and over that the pan and pressure cook without whistle for 45 mins
