Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • milk 1 litre


  • sugar 1/2 cup


  • semolina 1 tbsp


  • vinegar 1 tbsp


  • sugar 1 tbsp


  • cashew 4-5 chopped


  • raisins 2 tbsp

Directions

  • boil milk
  • add vinegar
  • milk will curdle
  • strain and wash the chhena under running water
  • transfer it to a bowl and mash
  • add sugar,semolina and mix well
  • add cashew and raisins and water 1// cup and mix well
  • take a pan and caramelise sugar
  • transfer the dough to the caramelised pan
  • preheat a cooker for 10 mins
  • keep a stand and over that the pan and pressure cook without whistle for 45 mins
  • enjoy
