in a big bowl boil 4 cups of water
add crushed cardamom and clove to it
when starts boiling add semolina and mix well so that no lumps will be formed
add sugar 1 cup and mix well covered for 2-3 mins
now take a pan and cook coconut n sugar 1/2 cup till sugar gets caramelised
add cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
now take a tomato sized dough and make a bowl like shape
stuff with the caramelised coconut and seal it
do all the manda like this
heat sufficient oil in a Kadhai
deep fry these mandas till crispy golden brown colour
serve hot or u can store it for 2-3 days
