Roast the brinjals on a medium flame by applying oil on it .
When the skin of the brinjal gets charred and flaky . Remove from the flame. Put them in the cold water so that the skin to come out easily
Peel off the skin with hand and mash the roasted brinjals with a masher and keep it aside .
Now chop the onions and shallow fry them in a wok by adding the required amount of oil
Saute till the onions become translucent .
Now add chopped tomatoes and allow them to become tender .
Add salt and kashmiri mirch .stir it thoroughly.
Add the preroasted mashed brinjal and also add peas into it
Let it simmer on a low flame.stir the whole brinjal mixture properly till it becomes brown and starts leaving a little bit oil from the sides.
Your delicious peas bharta is ready
Garnish with green chillies and chopped coriander leaves
