  • 1) 4 cups milk (1 ltr) 2) 1 cup evaporated milk (thick tin milk) 3) 1/2 cup condensed milk 4) 1/2 cup nestle cream (dessert cream) 5) 2 tsp agaragar powder (china grass powder) 6) 1 tsp rose essence 7) 1 tsp elaichi powder 8} 2 tbsp pistachios n almonds (chopped) 9) few saffron strands

    ....boil all well except essence, saffron strands n cream till it bubbles.... remuv from flame n àdd essence, saffron strands n cream beat well then cool for 10mins, pour on pudding moulds any you desire or bowls n sprinkle blanched nuts then let it cool and set.... keep in fridge to chill.... unmould n serve!!
