Soak the rice for 1 hour
Then wash well & strain the water from the rice
Add rice, coconut & milk into a mixture jar
Blend well & make a smooth batter
Rest the batter for 2/3 hours
Heat a pan & grease with ghee or oil
Add a ladleful of batter on the pan (do not spread the batter)
Cover the pan for 2 minutes & let cook the pitha in low flame
Then open the lid & replace the pitha to a plate (do not flip)
Now serve with any sweet or savory dip
