* Soak toor dhal and cook and keep aside..
Chop Avarakkai and pumpkin and keep aside.. Dissolve tamarand puree with water and filter and keep aside.
For Grinding in pan add sesame oil little when it's hot add channadhal,coriander seeds, red chillies,rice,coconut, curry leaves little and make into smooth paste by adding water little by little..
In a pan add coconut oil then add mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds, hing , curry leaves.. Then try the chopped veggies and share for 2min. Then pour the tamarind water and add turmeric powder allow it to boil in medium flame. after boiling add the grinded paste ,salt and leave for 2min then it will form a frost like texture..don't over cook or make that to boil more..
Serve hot and enjoy with rice
