Almonds - 1 cup
Pumpkin seeds - 2 tablespoons
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Flaxseed - 1 tablespoon
Fennel seeds - 1 cup
Black pepper - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 100 gms
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Firstly dry roast almonds, fennel seeds, flaxseed, pumpkin separately.
Then on silbatta one by one grind almonds, fennel seeds, pumpkin, flaxseed, black pepper.
Now take pan put ghee melt it then add Jaggery. When Jaggery started melting, switch off the flame.
Now take all ingredients powder, put jaggery in it and mix it nicely.
After that add honey. Then with the help of palm make all Ladoos.
Note: In winter season every night take this ladoo with warm milk. After taking this nothing have to take only go to sleep.
