  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp jeera


  • 1/4 tsp dry masale-red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt as per taste


  • 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp maggi masala


  • 1 tsp besan

Directions

  • pan me oil dale
  • mustard seeds dale and jeera
  • ab green chilli chopped dale
  • besan dalker halka pink kare
  • peese tomato and dry masale dale
  • curry leaves dalkar 2 mi. Cook kare
  • ab potato pieces dalkar 1 min bhune
  • 1 cup pani dalkar 2 min low flame per cook kare
  • ready to serve with poori or roti
