puffed rice or murmure dry and crisp 2 cups
any navratan mixture, namkeen 1/2 cups
chopped onions 1/4 cups
chaat masala 1 tsp
fine , nylon sev 1 tbsp
dry roasted peanuts 2 tsp
medium potato boiled and cubed 1 nos
tomato cubed 1 nos
green chillies chopped 1 tsp
imli meethi chutney 2 tbsp
green chutney 2 tsp
lemon juice 1 tsp
salt or to taste 1/4 tsp
For serving:dry roasted papads folded in shape of cone 4 nos
chat papdis 4 nos
For making papad cones:Divide the papad into two halves and dip one half in water for a second.
Take the papad out and keep in a cup in the shape of a cone.
Microwave it for 30 seconds.The papad cone is ready.
You can also roast each half of the papad on flame and immediately fold in the shape of a cone. Keep aside
Mix puffed rice/murmure,peanuts, onions, , potato, tomatoes, namkeens in a large bowl.
Add chaat masala , chutneys, spices and salt according to taste Toss well .
Put 2 tablespoons of ready bhel in one papad cone and Serve immediately.
Enjoy the Crispy and chatpati Bhelpuri endlessly
