Sugarcane / Karumbu – 1
Lemon Juice -1/2 or to taste
Ginger – 1 thumb piece peeled and chopped
Directions
Peel the outer skin of the sugarcane and chop it into small pieces.
Now take this in a blender, add ginger and puree. Dont add water,
Now use your hands to extract the juice from the pulp.
Now strain this and add some lemon juice. Chill this for few hours. Serve cold.
