Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Sugarcane / Karumbu – 1

  • Lemon Juice -1/2 or to taste

  • Ginger – 1 thumb piece peeled and chopped

Directions

    Peel the outer skin of the sugarcane and chop it into small pieces.

  • 02

    Now take this in a blender, add ginger and puree. Dont add water,

  • 03

    Now use your hands to extract the juice from the pulp.

  • 04

    Now strain this and add some lemon juice. Chill this for few hours. Serve cold.
