Ingredients
Serves : 4
1/2 kgs kerelas
1 tsp oil mustard
3-4 nos onion
1 cups besan
1 tbsp dhania powder
1 pinch salt
1 nos saunf
1 tsp kalounji
2 nos red chilly
Directions
Wash the kerelas...n remove its peels by grating them... Dnt throw the peels...k
Nw slit the kerals...apply salt on depeeled kerelas...n keep it aside for sumtym.
Procedure for making filling for stuffing in kerelas..... * Roast one katori besan...very mildly...keep it aside k .. *.nw in a kadai...take mustard oil..allow it to heat....on the sim flame...k . Nw pour roasted besan...grated peels...cut onion...( chop two onions into smallpieces) Add spices n condiments..like saunf...kalonji...dhania powder...red chilly powder...and the magical #ChaatMasala Mix everything in a kadai wth mustard oil....n now switch off the gas...ur filling s ready...
Squeeze the extra salty water frm kerelas...this wl remove its bitterness... Now add the filling....into each kerelas.... Tie each kerela by giving 4-5 rounds of threads...nw the kerelas r ready for frying...
Take oil in a kadai....switch on high flame...... Nw slowly put dhage wale kerele one by one in a kadai...n shallow fry them...by stirring them lightly....add haldi...preboiled potato...onions cut lengthwise..into it..add little salt...cover it for sumtymes...n switch off the gas.... Ur delicious kerelas r ready..... Sprinkle #ChaatMasala over it.. Eat them wth chappati or parantha n curd.... So friends tell me how did u like my.....prem ke daage se bandhe kerele..
