Wash and cut fish fillet. Marinate with salt and keep it aside
Grind coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic, lemon juice to smooth paste and keep it aside
Reserve 2 teaspoon of green paste and use the rest to marinate only top part of each fillets
Now place paste covered portion of 1 fillet on another fillet top and form sandwich. Do this with rest of the fillets too
Mix besan, salt , turmeric, roasted cumin powder with adequate water to form smooth thick batter
Dip the fish fillet sandwich into batter, coat well. Shallow fry the fillets until golden brown on all sides. Keep it aside
Mix cream, yoghurt, turmeric, red chilli powder, reserved green paste, salt with 3 -4 tbsp water in a bowl and keep it aside
Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds
Add cream mixture and mix well
Once it starts bubbling, add fried fish fillet
Gently stir and switch off. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves
Serve hot with rice or roti
