Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 600g Fish Fillet cut into bite sized pieces

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

  • 1 teaspoon salt or as per taste

  • 1 cup Besan

  • 3 tbsp malt vinegar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon Ajwain

  • 2 tbsp rice flour

  • 1/2 cup hung curd

  • 1 teaspoon chat masala to sprinkle

Directions

    Marinate fish fillet with red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice for 20 minutes

  • 02

    Now add beaten egg, Ajwain, vinegar, rice flour, curd to marinated fish. Mix well and keep it aside for 15 minutes

  • 03

    Heat oil and deep fry fish until golden brown. Allow excess oil to be absorbed by kitchen towel

  • 04

    Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot
