  • Rice 1 bowls

  • chopped onion 3 nos

  • tomato 4 nos

  • green chili 3-4 nos

  • Salt 2 tbsp

  • Red chili pwdr 3 tbsp

  • Turmric pwdr 2 tsp

  • garlic 8-10 nos

  • Bay leaves 250 nos

    Palak ko wash kr saf kr lenge. Barik kt kr lenge.

    Ab ek cooker ko grm krne rkhenge. Usme oil daldenge. Jeers daldenge. Chopped onion daldenge denge chop kiye huye mei see 1/2 golden brown hone pr red chili or turmeric pwdr dalkr palak dal denge

    Fir soak ki huyi chana dal dalenge ginger paste dalenge. Tomato dalkr Salt dalenge. For kuch der bhunne ke Bad thoda sa pani dalkr 5-6 whistle lgwayenge.. Ready hei Dal palak (sai bhaji)

    Ab pullav ke liye Rice ko wash kr 10 min. Soak krenge
