  • 1/2 cups palak


  • 1 bowls rice


  • 3 nos chopped onion


  • 4 nos tomato


  • 3-4 nos green chili


  • 2 tbsp salt


  • 3 tbsp red chili pwdr


  • 2 tsp turmric pwdr


  • 8-10 nos garlic


  • 250 nos bay leaves

Directions

  • Palak ko wash kr saf kr lenge. Barik kt kr lenge.
  • Ab ek cooker ko grm krne rkhenge. Usme oil daldenge. Jeers daldenge. Chopped onion daldenge denge chop kiye huye mei see 1/2 golden brown hone pr red chili or turmeric pwdr dalkr palak dal denge
  • Fir soak ki huyi chana dal dalenge ginger paste dalenge. Tomato dalkr Salt dalenge. For kuch der bhunne ke Bad thoda sa pani dalkr 5-6 whistle lgwayenge.. Ready hei Dal palak (sai bhaji)
