Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1/4 cups soaked urad daal


  • 1 tsp daniya powder dardari kari


  • 1 tsp sauf powder dardari kutti


  • 1 nos green ya red chilly


  • 1/4 tsp chilly powder ( swadanusar)


  • 1/2 tsp ya swaadanusar salt


  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 2 cups oil ua jaroort anusar

Directions

  • Urad daal ko water me 1-2 hours ke liye soak kar le.
  • Ab bina paani ke daal ko dardara pees le.
  • Fry pan me Saboot dhaniya aur sauf ko halka bhoon le aur pees le.
  • Aate me salt , daal , jerra powder , sauf aur dhaniya powder daale aur thoda oil mix kare
  • Hing bhi mix kare aur paani mux karke soft dough bana le.
  • 20 mins ke liye cover karke side me rakh de.
  • Kadhai me oil aur chotti chotti poori bel kar golden brown hone tak fry kare
  • Aaloo ki sabhi , chutney ya pickle ke saath serve kare.
