Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 cups al dante pasta


  • 3 tsp sour curd


  • 1 tsp fresh cream


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 tsp olive oil


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tsp mixed herbs

Directions

  • Whisk in curd, some cream, haldi and salt. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil and add garlic .. wait till it burns
  • Add hing and the whisked curd mixture
  • Add some water and trasnfer pasta. Simmer till the buttermilk is absorbed by pasta.
  • Garnish with seasoning and fresh coriander leaves and some cream.
