What comes on your mind when you think of chicken dishes? Not always stuffed up with lot of spices and oil isn’t it? OK lets have a look at a less oil less spicy simple but delicious chicken main course….. Yes our today’s recipe is BHUNA CHICKEN ( marinade thick gravy)

Ingredients
Serves : 4
500 gms chicken
2 tbsp chilly powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
5 tbsp thick yogurt
4 tbsp garam masala
4 tbsp oil
2 nos onion finely chopped
Directions
Marinate the all marinade ingredients finely and keep it for 1 hour.
Heat the cooking oil, and fry the onions to golden brown, add ginger garlic paste keep stirring for 2 minutes.
Now add the marinated masala to the fried onion stirr finely on high flame for couple of minutes. And let it cook on low flame covered vessel for 20-25 minutes. But keep stirring vocationally make sure that it should not burn at the bottom.
No need to add more oil or water the meat juices will release enough to boil, if you want more gravy then you can add little water.
Now the rich thick juicy BHUNA CHICKEN is ready to serve, can be served with roti/paratha/rice.
