Ingredients

  • Maida 1 cups

  • Brinjal cut into 4pieces 1 nos

  • Chhana 500 gms

  • Jaggery 250 gms

  • Ghee 100 tsp

  • turmeric powder 2 tsp

  • Ghuni Dal( Socked Into Small Pieces) 1 cups

  • Ginger And Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • tomato 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 1 cups

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander Leaves For Garnishing 1 sprig

  • green chillies 2-3 nos

Directions

    Make a soft dough with maida salt 1pinch and water.keep it side.

    Add pil fry brinzal,keep it on a pkate

    Add oil and bay leaves green chillies add ginger and garlic paste.

    Salute it well.

    Add boiled ghuni dal ,tomato cumin powder and g

    Add litbit water after 15 minutes it's cooked ,remove it.now smashed chhana add jaggery .keep aicro boil and ghee add smashed chhana..keep it microwave for 15 minutes.

    With the help of roll pin make small ruti.

    Add oil and fry it.
