Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups maida


  • 1 nos brinjal cut into 4pieces


  • 500 gms chhana


  • 250 gms jaggery


  • 100 tsp ghee


  • 2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 cups ghuni dal( socked into small pieces)


  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp tomato


  • 1 cups oil


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 sprig coriander leaves for garnishing


  • 2-3 nos green chillies

Directions

  • Make a soft dough with maida salt 1pinch and water.keep it side.
  • Add pil fry brinzal,keep it on a pkate
  • Add oil and bay leaves green chillies add ginger and garlic paste.
  • Salute it well.
  • Add boiled ghuni dal ,tomato cumin powder and g
  • Add litbit water after 15 minutes it's cooked ,remove it.now smashed chhana add jaggery .keep aicro boil and ghee add smashed chhana..keep it microwave for 15 minutes.
  • With the help of roll pin make small ruti.
  • Add oil and fry it.
