Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 4 nos carrots (peeled,cubed)


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp redchilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1 cups peas , de shelled


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp sabji masala


  • 2 tsp cream


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan add jeera to it, cook for few seconds then add carrots to it.
  • Add the peas, red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, salt and 2 tspn of water to it.
  • Cook for two minutes, slightly covered, to retain the green colour of peas,keep stirring and cheking
  • when done Add cream, sabji masala and garam masala and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander and Serve hot.
  • Tip- can add 2 pinches sugar , it helps in retaining green colour of peas
