Boil the water, add salt.
Add 1 cup of jowar flour and take off flame.
Add another one cup of the flour, mix it, cover a lid and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Mix and Knead well by using rubbing stone.
The dough should be soft like chapatis dough, if you feel hard you can sprinkle some some water and knead well.
Make equal sized balls out of the dough.
Dust the rolling surface, make sure there is not any trace of water.
Dip the dough ball in the rest of the flour, flatten it by pressing uniformly.
Start patting thinly with hand, if not possible you can use rolling pin.
Place the plattened dough onto the hot tawa.
Now dip a cloth in water and start wiping off the Rotti to remove the excess flour.
Wait until water evaporates, then flip it to another side.
Press gently with the cloth to pluff.
Then remove and serve in hot.
