Dissolve sugar in colostrum milk. Colostrum milk is milk of calving buffalo / cow. Use second or third day milk of calving cow or third/ fourth day milk of calving buffalo. As buffalo milk is thicker than cows milk.
Add cardamom powder, pepper powder and saffron strands.
Take 1 cup water in a pressure cooker and place a wire stand in it.
Place the milk mixture bowl over wire stand.
Cover the bowl with a plate.
Seal the pressure cooker lid tightly. Cook till two whistles.
Take off heat and let the pressure cooker rest untouched for one hour.
Now open the lid and take out the bowl. The milk mixture would have been set. Some water on top is okay.
Chill the bowl in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut into desired size pieces and serve.
