  • rice flour 3 cup

  • powdered sugar 1 1/2 cups

  • ghee 3 tsp

  • cardamom powder 1 tsp

  • nutmeg powder 1 pinch


  • Heat ghee in a pan and saute the rice flour till fragrant. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
  • Remove on a plate and add all the ingredients and using a small bowl mix it by pressing gently.
  • Finally make small ladoo's taking small portion on palm and giving it round shape using fingers.
  • Serve and enjoy
