Soak all dals for 2 hours,then wash and drain it.
In a pressure cooker ad soaked and drained dals, crushed garlic, salt ,all whole spices and sufficient water.
Cook till 2 to3 pressure or till dals cooked properly.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a patili ad chopped onion and cook till becomes golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soften.
Now ad cooked dal in pateili mix well and cook on high flame for few minutes. Now switch off the flame.
In a tadka pan heat 2 tbsp oil ,splutter curry leaves and whole red chilly. Pour this tadka in dal ,mix well ,our dal is ready.
Now we'll prepare bati, i have taken maize flour as it tastes best .
In a mixing bowl ad all flours,salt ,curd and all ingredients mentined in (C) for bati.
Knead a medium soft dough using needed water ,and keep rest for 2 hours with covered lid.
After 2 hours take lemon sized dough and mske round shape and Cook in tandoor till all bati done. If you see crack on balls(batis) then remove all batis from tandoor.
