  • 1/2 cups palak leaves ( wash and chopped)

  • 1 cups idly batter

  • 1 nos chopped onion

  • 1 nos chopped green chilli

  • 8-10 nos curry leaves

  • 2 tbsp grated coconut

  • 1 cups oil required qty

  • 1 pinch salt – to taste


  • Roast The Cashew In One Tbspn Oil Add Onion, Green Chilli And Curry Leaves And Cook For 5 Minutes
  • Add Chopped Palak, Grated Coconut And Add SaltSauté Well Until The Raw Smell Disappears
  • Now Add This To The Ily Batter And Mix WellHeat Paniyaram Pan And Spread Oil Pour The Batter Mixture To It Cook On Low Flame And Check Regularly Both Sides Not To BurnCook Well And Remove From The PanYummy Palak Kuzipaniyaram Is Ready To Serve With Any Type Of Chutney.
