Peel and cut potatoes in thin slice. Keep them in bowl filled with water.
Heat oil in a kadai
In a mixing bowl add everything and mix properly. Then make a smooth batter adding little little water
Add 1tsp of hot oil to the battera nd mix properly
Now deep the potato slices batter and drop in hit oil. Fry up to crispy
Its best served as snacks
But we like to have it with pakhala ( odia fermented rice)
