Ingredients

  • Potatoes- 4medium (choose perfect shape)


  • Salt- 1/2tsp


  • Ginger and garlic paste- 1/2tsp


  • Haldi- 1/2tsp


  • Red chili powder- 1/2tsp


  • Cumin powder- 1/2tsp


  • Baking soda- 1/4tsp


  • Besan- 5tbsp


  • Rice flour- 2tbsp


  • Oil to deep fry- 1cup

Directions

  • Peel and cut potatoes in thin slice. Keep them in bowl filled with water.
  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • In a mixing bowl add everything and mix properly. Then make a smooth batter adding little little water
  • Add 1tsp of hot oil to the battera nd mix properly
  • Now deep the potato slices batter and drop in hit oil. Fry up to crispy
  • Its best served as snacks
  • But we like to have it with pakhala ( odia fermented rice)
