Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups urad daal


  • 1 inch ginger grated


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 piece green chilli


  • 1 cups oil

Directions

  • Soak the urad daal in water for 3 hours.
  • Seive it then blend it in fine paste.
  • Add ginger, salt and green chilli mix it well.
  • Take a pan add oil heat it.
  • Make round flatten bara and fry till it golden brown.
  • Vada is ready, serve it with sambar.
  • Sambhar vada is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves
