1 cups urad daal
1 inch ginger grated
1/2 tsp salt
1 piece green chilli
1 cups oil
Directions
Soak the urad daal in water for 3 hours.
Seive it then blend it in fine paste.
Add ginger, salt and green chilli mix it well.
Take a pan add oil heat it.
Make round flatten bara and fry till it golden brown.
Vada is ready, serve it with sambar.
Sambhar vada is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves
