wash and soak chana dal for 30minutes
after 30minutes heat oil in a cooker add musterd seeds and cumin seeds
add ginger garlic paste ,saute
add onion and cook to light brown color
add tomato,salt redchilli powder,turmeric powder garam masala mix well
add soaked chana dal mix well and cook for 5minutes
add water close lid of cooker and cook up to 4-5whistles
switch off the flame and let cooker release pressure itself
open the lid of the cooker and mix the dal well
for pakwan take maida in a vessel add moyan salt and ajwain to it mix well
add water and kneed hard dough
make small balls of dough and roll it in a medium round shape
heat oil for frying ,fry prepared pakwan in hot oil on medium flame to crisp and brown colour
dal and pakwan are ready to serve,you and serve it alpng with chutneys of your choice
