Soak kabuli chana for 2hours
Soak palak for 15mins. Then chop them
Boil the soaked kabuli chana with salt for 2 whistles
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin to it and let it crackle
Chop the onions and add to the oil. cook up to golden
Now add ginger and garlic paste and saute
When raw smell goes add chopped tomatoes and saute . Now add all the dey spices except kasuri methi
Cook up to raw smell goes
Now add chopped palak to it and cook for 3mins. Then add boiled chhole to it and saute up to dry.
Now add kasuri methi, butter and green chili to it
Also add 1/2cup of water and let it boil.
Then cover it with whistle on and cook for 2 whistles in high and 1 in low
Let it open naturally. And its done
