Soak poppy seeds and cumin for 1 hour.
In a blender jar add soaked seeds, cumin and garlic and make a smooth paste
Peel the banana stem to reach at the core
Chop all the veggies
Heat oil in a kadai, add red chili breaking into two. Then add panch phoran and let it crackle
Now add all the viggies and saute in high flame first. Then slow the flame add the dry spices.
Cook the veggies up to 3/4done
Now add the paste and 1/4cup of water and cook up to veggies are soft
If there is more water then increase the flame and make it dry
Done. It is gr8 to have with rice
