  • 3 cups wheat flour (coursly grinded)

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • 1 cups warm water

  • 1 cups jeggary

  • 1/2 cups ghee

  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

  • 2 cups oil for fry


  • In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,oil,and warm water and make tight daugh
  • Make oval shape balls from daugh
  • Now heat the oil and deep fry all balls on medium flame till light pink
  • Now cool it and crumble it
  • Grind the fine powder
  • Now in a pan add jeggary and ghee on slow flame till jeggary melt and bubbles start
  • Then add the fine powder of fried wheat flour balls
  • Mix well
  • Then in any shape mould apply poppy seeds and laddu mixture press and demould it in serving dish
