Jaggery 250 gm
Chopped Almonds 50 gm.
Chopped Cashews 50 gm.
Chopped Peanuts 1/2 cup
Ghee 4 tablespoons
Dried ginger powder 1 spoon
Carrom seeds 1 tablespoon
Directions
Heat ghee in a pan.
Now add dry fruits in it. Stir well so that they become little crunchy.
Add jaggery. Mix well until melts.
Now add carrom seeds and dried ginger powder in it. Mix well.
Switch off the flame.
Grease a plate with ghee and pour the mixture in it.
When the mixture cool down cut it in to pieces.
It's ready.
