Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Jaggery 250 gm


  • Chopped Almonds 50 gm.


  • Chopped Cashews 50 gm.


  • Chopped Peanuts 1/2 cup


  • Ghee 4 tablespoons


  • Dried ginger powder 1 spoon


  • Carrom seeds 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Now add dry fruits in it. Stir well so that they become little crunchy.
  • Add jaggery. Mix well until melts.
  • Now add carrom seeds and dried ginger powder in it. Mix well.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Grease a plate with ghee and pour the mixture in it.
  • When the mixture cool down cut it in to pieces.
  • It's ready.
