Add ghee to the pan.
Add jeera and all the dry masalas.
Saute for a minute and add khoya and saute till the ghee floats.
Add fried parwal and aloo.
Add milk according to consistency and boil on high flame.
Add kasuri methi and salt.
Boil a little and serve hot.
