Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups rice flour


  • 4 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 nos onion finely chopped


  • 2 nos green chillies


  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 cups water or as needed


  • 2 cups oil or as needed for frying

Directions

  • In a bowl take rice flour.
  • Add all the spices and veggies. And mix well.
  • Add curd and water and make a thick better.
  • In a pan or kadhahi heat up oil.
  • Make pakodas using better and fry till golden in colour.
  • Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
