  • Rajma 300g

  • salt 1tsp

  • Garlic paste 1tsp

  • Ginger paste 1tsp

  • Onion paste 1cup

  • Tomato puree 1cup

  • Red chilli powder 1tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2tsp

  • Salt 1tsp Oil 2tbsp

  • Kasuri methi 1/2tsp

  • Rice 2 cups

  • Water 4 cups

  • Salt 1/2tsp


  • Take a rice washed and soaked for 30 minutes.
  • Take a rajma wash and boil with 1 tsp salt.
  • Take a wok add oil then oil heat add garlic saute add onion saute till golden brown color then add tomato purer,all dry masala and ginger paste mix and saute then add boiled rajma mix and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Then add rajma water for gravy boil for 5 minites.
  • Then garnish kasuri methi.
  • Take a cooker then add water,salt and rice then take a 1 whistle.
  • Then pressure released serve Rajma and Rice.
