Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 bowls mix vegetables(peas, carrot, cauliflower)


  • 2 nos boiled potato


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 cups tomato_red chilli paste


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 5 tsp pav bhaji masala


  • 4 tsp coriander leaves


  • 5 nos butter cubes


  • 10-12 nos pav


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • Boil potatoes , all vegetables & mash them.
  • Heat butter, add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.
  • Add tomato_ chilli paste.
  • Add all boiled & mashed vegetables & potatoes.Mix it well.
  • Add all spices,salt & some hot water.Cover it & cook it well.
  • After 5 to 10 mins open the lid, add coriander leaves & lemon juice.Switch off the flame.Its ready now.
  • Fry some pav with butter & serve it hot with bhaji & extra butter.
