Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Mix vegetables(peas, carrot, cauliflower) 1 bowls

  • Boiled potato 2 nos

  • onion 1 nos

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Tomato_red chilli paste 1 cups

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • pav bhaji masala 5 tsp

  • Coriander leaves 4 tsp

  • Butter cubes 5 nos

  • Pav 10-12 nos

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Boil potatoes , all vegetables & mash them.

    Heat butter, add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.

    Add tomato_ chilli paste.

  • 04

    Add all boiled & mashed vegetables & potatoes.Mix it well.

    Add all spices,salt & some hot water.Cover it & cook it well.

    After 5 to 10 mins open the lid, add coriander leaves & lemon juice.Switch off the flame.Its ready now.

    Fry some pav with butter & serve it hot with bhaji & extra butter.
