Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 litre full fat milk


  • 50 gms mawa


  • 1/4 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp crushed cardamom


  • 2 tsp flour


  • 1 1/2 cups sugar


  • 3 cups water for syrup


  • 2 tsp vinegar


  • 2 cups ghee or oil

Directions

  • Boil milk & add vinegar to make paneer
  • Drain out excess water from paneer & make dry .
  • Now add flour, cardamom, baking powder & mawa with paneer.Make a smooth dough of it.
  • Take some portion from dough & make langcha shape.
  • Hear ghee or oil & fry all the langchas in low heat till it turns golden brown.
  • Now make a thick sugar syrup & add all the langchas in it & boil it another 5 mins.
  • Make it cool completely & keep it in fridge.
  • Serve chilled
