Take a rice and dal wash and soaked at 8 hours. After 8 hours rice,dal,salt,methi dana and jaggery mix and grind keep a side for fermentation.
Take a wok add oil then oil heat add mustard seeds and whole red chilli,curry leaves,onion and roasted chana dal and mashed potatoes saute for 2 minutes..
Take a grinder jar add coconut,salt and roasted chana add some water grind and make a paste.Take a pan add oil mustardseeds crackle add whole chilli temper mix in chatni.
Take a tuhar dal washed and put in cooker add water,tutmeric,salt and red chilli mix and cook dal.
Take a wok add oil oil heat add mustard seeds and hing, onion,tomato and red chilli ,curry leaves and all veggies saute and mix sambhar masala mix and cook
Then veggies r soft mix dal and boil add lemon juice.
Take a big pan or tawa spread oil and make a dosa stuff with potatoes roll on .
