Stuffed arbi is a delicious Indian recipe made from dry spices. It can be taken as a side dish or as a starter. It tastes great if taken with poori and parantha. It is very easy to make and best dish for trevelling.

Ingredients
Serves : 4
500 gms arbi
3 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp for masala : salt according to taste
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp corriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp dry mango powder
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients for the masala.
Slit the arbi and stuff the masala in each piece. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai at smoking point.
Slow the flame and place arbi in oil very carefully.
Stir occasionly and cook it on low flame until done.
