STUFFED ARBI WITH DRY SPICES

Description

Stuffed arbi is a delicious Indian recipe made from dry spices. It can be taken as a side dish or as a starter. It tastes great if taken with poori and parantha. It is very easy to make and best dish for trevelling.

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms arbi


  • 3 tbsp mustard oil


  • 1 tsp for masala : salt according to taste


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp corriander powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tbsp dry mango powder

Directions

  • Mix all dry ingredients for the masala.
  • Slit the arbi and stuff the masala in each piece. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai at smoking point.
  • Slow the flame and place arbi in oil very carefully.
  • Stir occasionly and cook it on low flame until done.
  • Sprinkle corriander leaves on it.
  • It's ready.
